- Profiling: Detailed profile analysis for European and international entities, due to internal or external threats (such as threats of death or attacks)
- Support in the recruitment of sensitive posts (holding and carrying of arms, white-collar criminality and so on) through the analysis of profiles, observations, interviews and actuarial and/or clinical tests.

I work in all kinds of businesses, both nationally and internationally.
My work is done directly within a business, or in conjunction with head-hunters.
Through my training, I have the skills, expertise and access to tests exclusively restricted to professionals that are psychology graduates.
These tests are an opportunity to get specific insights into each individual, thereby making it possible to detect risk profiles.
This step means that you avoid recruiting the wrong person to a high-risk position, and you also avoid significant human and/or financial consequences.
Conferences in business

As a trainer approved by the Ministry of the Economy and Education, I bring my experience and expertise to the service of business leaders by leading seminars.
Conferences can be customised following a prior analysis of the issues, or they can be more generally themed around a pre-defined topic.
This is the list of training that is presently provided:
- Verbal aggression: handling it, and responding to it
- Complex negotations: a common core unit delivered to business leaders, diplomats and emergency intervention teams (including Army, Police, Firefighters, Rescuers and Medical staff) Specialisation in a second module adapted to each of the aforementioned domains.
- Transactional analysis: as a non-violent communication base this permeates every domain of verbal exchange, the aim being to adapt your own discourse in a non-violent way when dealing with all kinds of speakers.
