Possible consultations in private practice or

by video conference anywhere in the world

Private consultations: for adults, young adults and adolescents

    ____________

My approach is centred on the person, on respect but also on individual autonomy.

This fundamentally positive approach promotes a relationship of equality between patient and therapist. This means active, emphatic and true listening.

I help my patients find the resources they have within them, to build the future of their personal paths. They have the freedom to be what they are, without fear of being judged, I offer them this unconstrained space where they can finally be "themselves".

  • Private consultations for children and infants

I welcome children and infants in an environment intended and designed for them, so that they feel perfectly at ease and confident.

My space becomes theirs. Indoor/outdoor games, drawings, stories, or pets can be included in the therapeutic work.

  • Support for expatriates

    ____________

I bring my skills and my experience in psychological support for expatriates to limit the psychosocial risks linked to their work.

Support is possible from anywhere in the world through a videoconference consultation.

  • The various possible approaches

    ____________

Different approaches can be considered in the practice of psychology, in individual, couple or group therapy.

    ____________

    Short therapy

    Based on cognitive behavioural techniques.

This form of support will allow you to find concrete solutions to efficiently and sustainably solve your concerns.

    ____________

    ____________

    Long therapy

    Based on psychoanalytical techniques,

this listening-based approach will help you move forward at your own pace.

    ____________

Each method is used with the agreement of each of my patients: psychoanalytic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, coaching, clinical psychometric evaluations...

Because every person is a distinct being, I suggest we meet to agree on the best approach for you.

  • Support tailored to each of my patients

    ____________

Many problems can lead a patient to ask for my support:

    • Change of career
    • Agreement within families
    • Study and work techniques (students, academics)
    • Occupational burnout
    • Domination situations - Harassment
    • Post-traumatic stress disorderAngoisses
    • Anxiety
    • Stress management
    • Changes to social skills

In domination situations, toxic, alienating, or manipulative relationships, whether private, family or professional, I teach my patients to identify these behaviours and to study them in order to better understand them and to free themselves from them.

In these particular situations, for the most serious cases, I work in close collaboration with legal advisers.

In situations of occupational burnout, very common at various levels of seriousness, my help can, in the simplest cases, be on: time management and organisation, priority management.
In the most complex cases, it will be more of a rebuilding of the individual who has lost confidence in themselves and their skills.

We work on the analysis of career choices and the resumption of healthy activities.

I help you throughout the process of finding a new job or I prepare you to return to work after sick leave, etc.

I work closely with doctors and legal counsel when the situation requires it.
